Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
- Analyzing the data for errors.
- Enter new customer information into a system.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Highschool Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates
- Attention to details.
- Computer literate and Good Web Navigation Skills
- With or without call center experience
- Willing to start immediately
