Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recieve inbound calls from clients and assist them with their inquiries or concerns via phone.
- Ensure quality service is provided to clients on behalf of the company management and gain good feedback.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 4-6 months of medical field related work experience:
- Philippine Registered Nurse.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Above Average communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
