Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Others or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Orientation, Good Oral and Written Communication Skill, Team Player, Detail Oriented
- Preferably with atleast 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service, or equivalent.
