Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures volume growth in all categories by effectively opening new strategic accounts using Operator Targeting Model strategies
- Grabbing Market share across all categories in core channels through aggressive and effective live/wet sampling and cooking demonstration whose KRAs include sampling and demos per day, New Products Introduced per Month
- Facilitates awareness of the product usage and introducing new concepts to operators in order to increase consumption of products
- Create a more credible image of DMFS using a new way of Selling as a TOTAL SOLUTIONS PROVIDER, via SPIN Selling Skills.Using standard selling methods and tools such as 6X1 selling tools.
- Speeds up Marketing Execution in the trade by coordinating all stakeholders such as DSS, DSP, DDMs and Look Of Success agency.
- Ensures to meet target productivity of company assets such as JD and Chillers by relevant demand creation activation
- Ensures completion of program agreements by aggressive follow-ups to achieve fast implementation of programs; Implements local and national marketing programs and monitors its progress ensuring ROI of these activities
- Helps in reducing the weeks cover of the distributors by creating programs to specific products above critical weeks cover
- Effectively uses Web Data to closely monitor top 30 directly served accounts of distributors and makes use of this in monthly business review with distributor and DDMs in cycle meetings
- Communicates clearly and effectively all possible movement of business directions such as pricing, labeling, product profile changes, innovation, and rationalization of products; Handles effectively brand crises such as quality complaints
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree preferably in Business Management, HRM or culinary background
- Preferably 2-years of experience as Key Account Executive, or in the sales industry that involves direct customer handling; also open to fresh graduate
- Knows how to drive and have a professional driver’s license
- Observable Leadership skills and a trainable attitude
- Can handle pressure and Sales Targets
- Adaptability to a fast-paced corporate environment
- Clear, persuasive, oral and written communication skills
- Strong in building value-based relationship with trade customers.
- Culinary knowledge and skills is an advantage
- Presentation Skills
- Strong business acumen and basic trade marketing knowledge
- Comfortable using spreadsheets
- Passionate about food and eating out as a lifestlye
- Willing to learn and develop a long term career in the Food Service Industry.
