Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • To prepares performance evaluation reports of sales executive/staffs
  • Guest relation Management
  • Adheres to the security policies defined by the company
  • To take care of the various assets handled by them
  • To report security incidents if any observed immediately
  • To create awareness among the team.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and assigned areas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • To assist and approve event checklist of sales executive/staff.
  • To coordinate with the travel association
  • Coordinates with other departments on client concerns.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings with the customer
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about services.
  • Ensure all required documents/ paper works for contract renewal and up-selling businesses are complete and accurate.
  • Accurately maintain records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.
  • Assist Sales personnel in building relationships with customers.
  • Approve registration of suppliers
    • Review and approve preferred suppliers
    • Evaluate the Service Providers

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of any business or tourism related course
  • At least 2 to 3 years of related working experience
  • Keen on details, very organized and systematic
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace and strong leadership skills
  • Active listening and good customer service orientation
  • Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
