Inbound Tour Supervisor  

-Helps in making tour packages quotations and in dealing with prospective clients making arrangements for clients travel programs

-Responsible in updating Contracted rates from Tour Operator and other suppliers

-Provide best routing and most effective flight/Tours/Hotel/Car reservation options

-Deliver excellent customer service to clients

-He will assist in helping to avoid errors in reservations requirements of the passengers especially hotel and flight booking arrangements.
-He must provide weekly / monthly operations sales report of materialized bookings, feedbacks of guests, and administrative concerns or issues.

-Do other works that are requested related to this job.

-He should have working experience with Inbound Tour or Travel Operator, minimum 3-5years of experience.
-Handling of Inbound & Domestic Tour package, making itineraries and costing for Inbound & Domestic Tours, Hotel Bookings, including tour pricing, negotiating with suppliers and documenting transactions.

-Good knowledge of B2B & B2C handling of queries

-Have strong leadership qualities with enthusiastic approach and ability to control, support and motivate a team.

-He should have excellent organizational skills, ability to train staff and able to work to deadlines in a fast paced demand.
-Familiar with the different tourism destinations in the Philippines and in dealing with local or foreign travel agents.
