Commercial Management Accountant  

The position assumes function of Management Accounting, performing cost accounting (recording, analyzing, and reporting business data for use within the company) to aid the company in business risks assessments, budgeting and planning company service costs, to determine strategies for decision making. He/she will perform analysis to forecast, budget, and measure performance plans, then present them to Departmental/Division Heads to assist in operational decision making. Additionally, he/she will assist the Finance Head in the responsibility in delegated essential tasks as preparation of Financial and Performance reports, providing departments with budget and reviews internal control to maintain stability in the operations of department whenever the Finance Head is not available.

The primary role of the revenue management is to maximize the businesses' opportunity for revenue and profits. Management Accountant oversees compiling and analyzing data to make decisions regarding pricing & profitability. He/she compiles data on the business as well as the competition.

• Assist in planning and directing the activities of finance and accounting
• In charge with oversight of reports as required Execom and Departmental Head for Financial performance data.
• Assist in the oversight of the day-to-day revenue management operations within the company, such as client costing, CE creation & uploading, and other transactions
• Provide insightful information and expectations to executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Prepares financial data and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Coordinates with internal clients to complete assigned tasks within deadline.
• Analyze financial reports discrepancies and performs effective resolution.
• Assists in budget preparation and expense management activities departmental heads/accounts' as necessary.

Major Challenges

• Maintenance of Operations P&L, Gross Profit per brands and per accounts.
• Maintenance of Departmental Revenue and Gross Profit report.
• Monthly Report reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with Finance and Accounting policies.
• Translation of quantitative data to qualitative analysis.
• Review Client Cost Proposals prior release to Campaigns.

Essential

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
• With knowledge in running/working with an accounting system software
• Graduate of any Finance / Accounting degree or equivalent
• 2 years supervisory/managerial experiences
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
• Can work well under pressure
• Strong attention to details
• Skilled in project management
