Community Engagement Associate - INTERN  

The Community Engagement Associate (CEA) helps in the day-to-day operations of the projects he/she is involved in. The CEA is responsible for the Social Media Management component of the project. The CEA plays an integral role in ensuring that the brand’s community is engaged with on a regular basis by ensuring inquiries are responded to on a timely basis using the brand’s voice. CEA’s will also be responsible for proposing fresh, consistent and on-brand content.

The CEA has the following responsibilities:

• Engages regularly with the target market
• Handles inquiry in a timely manner and on-brand specifications
• Creates social media content
• Creates engagement reports that contain insights on the market
• Coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure that deliverables are accomplished in time
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Assists in the creation of reports
• Assist in the coordination with ASC
• As masters of content and engagement, should be aware of the digital / social media landscape and trends affecting respective brands; should be doing regular digital scans / audits including competition and related categories, social listening, sentiment analysis.
• Main custodians of the brand playbooks i.e. voice in responding to customers, guiding internal stakeholders in translating client brief to required output (articles, images, etc.)

• Familiar with the Facebook platform
• Communication Presentation Skills Written and Verbal in both English and Filipino
• Basic quantitative skills
• Communications or Management degree holder

• 1-2 years of Marketing or Agency Account Management experience is a plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Old Balara, Quezon City.
