Operations and Logistics Manager  

In this role, you will lead our operations team including our customer and carrier relation associates in building lasting partnerships with our carrier networks. Day-to-day you will be responsible for developing a strategy of territory expansion by identifying potential partner carriers. You will communicate the clear benefits of our product and motivate your team in providing top-notch service to carrier concerns.

The ideal candidate will be one that's born to network. You will know, or know people who know, the leading carrier networks in the country. You will develop strategic and innovative methods to develop mutually beneficial partnerships. Most importantly, you will have the startup mindset: not afraid to take risks and not afraid to fail.

• 3 years experience in operations/business development with trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sector
• Familiar with industry practice in the transportation of cargo including POD, insurance, and payments
• Leadership experience in managing small teams and projects towards well defined goals
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and building partnerships with carriers
• Stellar networking ability and excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Filipino
• Highly motivated and goal oriented. Passionate about taking ownership of a product
