Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As our Accounting Assistant, you will be part of the Accounting team responsible for the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of our growing company. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain book of accounts including preparation of journal entries.
- Assist in preparation of complete financial statements, payroll computation, and timely preparation of bank reconciliation.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare tax computations and returns.
- Monitor monthly accruals and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Ensure the company books are in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standard.
- Implement, maintain, and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
- Perform physical inventory count as needed.
- Be in charge of other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry operation, and administrative assistance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented candidates who have a passion for the GenerationHOPE mission.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field.
- Previous work experience related to accountancy or bookkeeping will be helpful but is also not required.
- Excited about the prospect of operating independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
