Key Account Specialist | Modern Trade  

The Opportunity:

As Key Accounts Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic sales team. You will be reporting to our Commercial Director and collaborate in executing sales strategies for our Key Accounts in the Modern Trade channel.

• Identify and drive new business opportunities, deliver volume, and development of the key accounts in Modern Trade channels.
• Set directions in marketing, merchandising, and distribution to achieve overall sales and revenue goals.
• Conduct store visits to ensure availability and visibility of products. Act as point person for any account-related issues or concerns.
• Manage Accounts Receivable collections and ensure that ARs are collected within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain Customer Database, Volume Forecasts, and AR reports. Manage, safe keep, and renew contracts.
• Prepare and present sales reports and provide recommendations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated, committed, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented Key Accounts Specialists who are well-equipped to manage our Modern Trade accounts.

• Must have at least 3 years of work experience as a Key Accounts Specialist, Business Development Specialist, or Account Specialist, handling Modern Trade retail accounts in the FMCG industry (Food and Beverage).
• Experience in managing National Key Accounts is preferred; Additional distributor experience is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in reporting and analytics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep passion and commitment to our social mission.
• Must be amenable to do field work.
