Program Associate/Officer | Agriculture  

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a Program Associate/Officer who will be provide support to HOPE’s agricultural programs, including:

• Providing overall program support and oversight;
• Ensuring that field based staff have resources they need to succeed;
• Aggregating project level data to continuously improve interventions and provide regular reports on learnings and impact to project partners and management;

Who are we looking for?

• We are seeking for someone who is passionate about agriculture and empowering smallholder farmers to achieve their full potential. Candidates should:
• Have 2-5 years experience working on agriculture, community or rural development, with experience on project management, administration and stakeholder management;
• Be computer savvy, with experience with MS Office and Google App, as well as strong analytical skills;
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and achieve results through collaboration;
• Be fluent in English, Tagalog, and/or Bisaya.
• Idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-orientation, adaptability and self-direction are critical, as are exceptional organizational, communication and management skills.

Location: General Santos City or Makati City (depending on candidate’s location)
