Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Involved with the planning, coordination and control of corporate processes.
- Ensures that services are rendered efficiently through good communication to concerned departments, the checklist for implementation is followed as scheduled, as planned and can exceed client expectations.
- The scope of the job depends on the nature of the production system: Event production, mechandising materials, modules and equipment
- Responsible for both human and material resources
- Involved for client management and client acquisition.
- Manages the coordination of timelines, logistics, and communications in the execution of a project.
- Leads in managing events, production, monitors and supports execution
- Consistently provide detailed updates on activities to team members and project head.
- Contributes to team effort and works on special projects.
- Resolves situations and conflicts that may arise before, during and after implementation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With minimum 2 years experience
- Passionate, motivated, a good team player/leader and with a can-do attitude at heart
- Can effectively multitask, highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable to work in a high pressure industry to meet targets
- Driven and dedicated to excel
- Ability to plan and strategize to achieve targets
- Has knowledge and competitive experience in handling events
- Has good negotiation skills in coordinatiog with suppliers to meet revenue targets
- Has good communication skills in relaying information and instructions to team and supplier representatives
