Project Manager  

PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

• Acts as primary point-of-contact for Client.
• Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client projects.
• Assists in strategy development.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the Client.
• These areas includes: Creative Development, Strategy development, Implementation of campaigns and programs.
• Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.
• Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
• Manages end to end requirements with respective team leads and proponents.
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Managing Director, Sales or other support.
• Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
• Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping and assessments.
• Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.

COMMUNICATION

• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings with project team.
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

• Possesses general understanding in the areas of Microsoft Office and MAC iWork applications.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.

• With minimum 2 years experience.

• Ability to think creative concepts with enthusiasm to deliver exceptional output.

• Can multi task with minimal supervision.

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Driven with a can-do attitude at heart.

• Passionate and dedicated to excel.

• Communications graduate with excellent written and verbal skills.

• Excellent presentation skills is a must.
