Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports and documents.
- Purchase, store, and monitor the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
- Code and file material according to the established procedures.
- Back-up electronic files using proper procedures.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staffs.
- Make travel, meeting, and other arrangements for staffs.
- Assist with financial management by encoding and filing financial materials for proper management procedures.
- Update procedures on payments monthly statutory payments and other payables ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information.
- Assist with financial reports as required.
- Month-end duties as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good skills in office administration, operations and clerical work.
- Adaptable and ambitious individual with good problem solving and team working skills.
- Versatile and well organized with knowledge of making administrative and procedural decisions, with the aim of running an infallible office system.
- High energy background in managing administrative duties in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Reliable and methodical with exceptional ability to manage both staff and office issues by exercising tact and good sense.
- An accomplished and results-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for organization and office administration.
- Committed to the highest levels of professional excellence by virtue of hands-on administrative and operational experience.
- Highly analytical thinker with demonstrated talent for planning, initializing and implementing operational procedures and streamlining complex work procedures. Computer literate with extensive proficiency in a wide variety of applications.
- Proven ability to handle crisis situations with delicacy by employing perception and situational discernment.
