Job Overview
The primary responsibility of the Accounting Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day accounting and investment functions of the company by maintaining and producing financial information and accounting tasks of company accounts and records.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises the over-all accounting system and provide monthly financial statements.
- Manages Accounts Payable which includes AP disbursement which handles check disbursement, petty cash and BIR related matters.
- Supervises all month end and year end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or equivalent.
- Familiar with the current Accounting standards.
- Has background with Accounts Receivables (A/R).
- Ability to perform job with minimum supervision and communicate information effectively.
- Result-oriented and pro-active.
- Computer literate; knowledgeable in MS Office Applications and Accounting System is a plus.
