Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Undertakes the gathering and analysis of data needed in the preparation of the financial report of food products
- Preparation of billing for the product's recognition of revenue
- Prepares dailes sales report for submission to Market Info - Laguna Office
- Monitors and handles petty cash fund and prepares petty cash replenishment regularly
- Checks the correctness and accuracy of cash advance liquidiations and staff reimbursements
- Reviews the checks all payables and coordinate processing of payments with Accounting dept
- Releases check payments to suppliers and prepares and prepares summary released checks
- Reconciliation of inventories and conducts month-end physical inventory count
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
