Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge to acknowlege & stamp received incoming approved RCVP
- Verify/checks the supporting documents to RCVP
- Sort the documents according to payees
- Encodes/prepares summary of RCVP per supplier.
- Distribute the RCVP and summary to staff concerned for payment processing
- Checks the Daily Guard details of all security services billing
- Checks the Daily Attendance of store personnel attached to incentive replenishments
- Updates filing of original accounts payable vouchers.
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time by the superiors
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accountancy or of any related course
- With at least 6 months experience in sales audit, payables or general accounting
- Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to take long hours of work
- Must be computer literate
