Telesales Representative  

We are looking for a self-driven Telesales Representative for our fintech aggregator with the main products of insurance and loans. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the primary goal to achieve the sales quota. Your job description will mainly entail, but not limited to:

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products/services
• Answering customers´ questions on the products/services
• Hit monthly sales target
• Identify lead qualification and analyse existing/prospective customer needs
• Responsible for handling the sales process from prospecting to closing
• Build, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
• Collecting customers’ feedbacks and analysing customers’ needs
• Update the status and sales reports through CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)

• Bachelor degree/D3 in any major
• Have at least one year of working experience in the related field
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, can-do attitude is a must
• Highly motivated to learn and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to think and work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative
• Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
