Business Development Officer  

We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Officer for our fintech aggregator with the main products of insurance and loans. As a business development officer, you will be responsible for executing business development strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets. Your job description will mainly entail, but not limited to:

• Presenting, promoting and selling the company's products/services to existing customers and new prospective customers
• Reach the sales target according to the specified deadline
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
• Analysing customers’ experiences and insights to come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
• Update the status and sales reports through CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Digital savvy, has a deep interest in digital
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, resilience, adaptable, driven and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Pleasant personality and appearance
• Highly motivated to learn and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to think and work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative
• Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
