Financial Wellness Consultant - Metro Manila  

• Full-time sales-related position and medical partner-based assignment who is responsible for the overall delivery of sales targets and acquisition of a new business
• Retention of quality business for the assigned affinity partnership branch and area
• Entails implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain a cordial business relationship with affinity partners and to grow and retain dedicated sales model.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conducts financial wellness program with Affinity Partners regularly and recommends customized solutions to clients.
• Offering of FWD’s Traditional and Variable products to Affinity Partner clients
• Establishing a good relationship with Affinity Partners to be active referrers

• Must possess a Bachelor’s /College Degree. Graduate of Medical Sciences, Business Administration, Banking and Finance related courses is an advantage.
• With at least 1-year strong sales experience handling individual or corporate clients in the insurance industry is a plus. Candidates with 1-2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical/health / high-net real estate and customer-oriented industry are encouraged.
• Highly motivated individual with strong people and presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned area
