Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Client Management
- Ensures completion of projects on-time and on-budget.
- Manages client documents.
- Monitors the steps of business registration per client.
- Updates client status reports.
- Offers a mix of services to existing clients (upselling).
- Handles clients of various moods and temperaments.
Office Management
- Finalizes schedules for the liaisons ahead of time.
- Checks emails for concerns or clarifications regarding the flow of business permits.
- Updates and follows up with the clients and liaisons.
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
Accounting
- Liquidates petty cash.
- Requests for petty cash replenishment.
- Gets approval from the Operations Manager.
