As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be speaking with startups and small business owners and operators from all around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and selecting the best freelancers to work on their projects. We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer service and loves seeing their clients' projects come to life and watching their businesses improve with the help of our platform of over 24 million users.
You’ll enjoy working on a variety of projects that cross the digital spectrum, but predominantly working on websites, mobile applications, design tasks, and various other small business marketing activities. You’ll be using your excellent communication skills to deal with broad range of customers as well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business and gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Responsibilities:
- Look after the Recruiter Projects queue.
- Initiate contact with the users via phone, chat or email.
- Recommend different ideas and improvements to manage and improve quality of projects.
- Find and endorse the most suitable freelancer for the project.
- Focus sales efforts on upselling project upgrades.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- A degree or diploma in a business/marketing/communications or related discipline is preferred.
- Sales experience highly valued. Particularly experience working via phone, email and chat.
- Experience with web-based businesses.
- High fluency in the English Language.
- Knowledgeable in the following:
- Web marketing strategy.
- E-commerce fundamentals.

- Express complex ideas simply and concisely.

Hours of Work
- Must be able to work flexible hours including graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules (shifting schedules), weekends, overtime (if required) and some holidays.
