Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review email and databases to confirm delivery of goods.
- Match these deliveries with payments received.
- Flag issues in delivery and alert payments team.
- Identify and flag potential fraud issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least with a High School diploma or Bachelor's/ College degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Customer Service or any equivalent field.
- Detail oriented and process driven.
- Strong personal and customer service abilities.
- Willing to work flexible hours whenever required.
