- Review email and databases to confirm delivery of goods.
- Match these deliveries with payments received.
- Flag issues in delivery and alert payments team.
- Identify and flag potential fraud issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Detail oriented and process driven.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Strong personal and customer service abilities.
