•Look after the Recruiter Projects queue
•Initiate contact with the users via phone, chat or email
•Recommend different ideas and improvements to manage and improve quality of projects
•Find and endorse the most suitable freelancer for the project
•Focuses sales efforts on upselling project upgrades
•Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries
Kualifikasi Minimum
•Must speak and write fluently in English
•Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
•Self-starter.
•Ability to remain calm under pressure.
•Target driven
•Sales experience is highly valued particularly working via phone, email and chat.
•Multilingual candidates are given priority
•Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. A degree or diploma in a business/marketing/communications or related discipline is preferred.
•Experience with web-based businesses.
