- Assist the management in clerical tasks such accurately encoding of data, organizing of files in a logical and manageable manner
- Collaborate with the management to complete necessary tasks; work independently on delegated tasks
- Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.
- Ensure an organized and tidy workspace
- Maintain and restock office supplies as needed
- Monitor and report any problems with office equipment
- Ensure technical issues and other system-related concerns will be coordinated and resolved timely with provider
Kualifikasi Minimum

Preferably a Bachelor's/College Degree holder in either Office Administration, Business Administration, or any related courses, but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well under limited supervision

Relevant experience and understanding office procedures and processes are an advantage
