- Observe and evaluate current operations of each department in the company
- Suggest and propose strategic plans to expedite office productivity
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain accurate documents for reference purposes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with 2-5 years related experience but not required;
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Office Management, Operations Management or related courses;
- Strong attention to detail and possess efficient problem solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Adapatable and flexible
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
