Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform assigned customer service, telemarketing, and back office duties in the best way to meet company objectives in all areas of employee, client, and shareholder satisfaction.
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
- Create, maintain, and update the database of customers with complete information and contact details.
- Ensure customer follow-up, respond to inquiries, and resolve them.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year of BPO experience with background in Sales, Collections, or Retentions account.
- At least 1 solid year with a sales campaign, be it inbound and/or outbound, will be a plus.
- Flawless verbal communication skills and good command of the American English language.
- Familiar with needs-based or consultative selling techniques (e.g. SPIN).
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple windows.
