An import-export associate has a wide range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process. The incumbent shall track shipments and communicate with clients about progress of deliveries. Shall coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries and may also deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
The incumbent shall provide efficient delivery logistics through data management and shall fill out import-export documentation, compile carrerr and route assignments, compute internatinal fees for each shipment and keep track of shipment payments and quotas if there any.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least two years of related work experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
