Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop special marketing programs as assigned by marketing head and manage chain/district-wide implementation.
- Develop local marketing plans for the zone (based on local profiles and shared learnings from other zones) and manage deliverables for timely and correct implementation.
- Coordinate with various support groups in headquarter to process requirements for marketing activities (follow-up creative requests with the regional team, cost encoding, etc.)
- Track spending for all local marketing activities for the zone to ensure that everything is within approved budget levels;
- Manage the implementation of projects through the area marketing managers; evaluate performances and determine their training needs for appropriate action.
- Will travel often from Cebu and Davao.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Experience in retail / F&B/ restaurant (chain) marketing with a lot of offline activations/events and ATL/BTL marketing is an advantage
- Is a local / or grew up or highly familiar in his / her area of responsibility.
- Possess strong inter-personal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Personable, outgoing, and with positive energy,
- Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.
