What’s on the menu for you to do:
- You will be a vital Team member to monitor performance indicators of business, identifying causes/trends and drive data-based decision making through creation of insightful reports
- Support department heads in their analytical needs to help them make data-driven decisions by preparing, analyzing, and presenting data under the format of dashboards & trackers
- Interpret results of promotions and processes, making valuable suggestions to raise performance of future
- Work in diverse fields such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Sales and Finance
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis as well as regular reporting to ensure optimization of campaigns and processes
- Operation analytics to improve the logistics efficiency: customer density analysis, delivery area optimization, vendor area optimization, polygon quality
- Other adhoc reports within Business Intelligence scope
Kualifikasi Minimum
What do you bring to the table?
- Degree in Business, Economics or a quantitative field
- Excellent Excel, SQL and data visualization experiences
- Preferably with experience in Tableau and Google Data Studio
- Programming languages such as R & Python are a plus
- Experience working with complex data-warehouse infrastructure & large data sets will be preferred
- Ability to analyze complex problems and conceptualize actionable solutions with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from different departments
- Not afraid of challenging the status quo
- (Junior, SQL and Tableau required)
