However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen. As of that, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Rider Support to work in our Philippines team. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our Rider fleet
What you will do
- Provide quality and timely customer service to our Rider fleet via ticket and over the phone
- Compile rider concerns and suggest preventive measures
- Reach out to customer, vendor and riders via email or phone as needed
- Participate in building projects for business processes improvement
- Analyze and suggest improvements to existing procedures and processes
- Simple data entry and record keeping

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, in any field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service and the BPO industry
- Background as a team leader, supervisor or subject matter expert would be an advantage
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Familiar with ticketing software like Freshdesk or Zendesk
- Proactive and eager to build projects to improve business processes
- Must have accurate and fast typing skills, and excellent listening and responding skills
- High-level English proficiency is a must
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Willing to work 6 days a week
