Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This position reports to the Senior Manager for Human Resources and will lead the HR team across a wide variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day administration and operations of the HR team involving all aspects of the HR function
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process of candidates to fill in officer and staff vacancies. Tasks include working in partnership with line managers regarding their job openings, candidate sourcing, conducting pre-screening and interviews, and preparation of hiring documents.
- Implement the company wide Performance Management review every six (6) months.
- Develop and implement Employee Engagement programs to sustain a culture that promotes the company's values and employees' well being.
- Head employee events such as general assemblies, social gatherings, and sports activities.
- Run internal employee training for new employee hiring, performance management and employee engagement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for a self-motivated and capable generalist, who understands the importance and responsibilities of the Human Resources function. This person:
- Is a graduate of a college degreen in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or Business.
- Can communicate effectively with staff, managers, and indivdiuals outside of the department all levels of the organization
- Is highly organized with exceptional attention to details
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has 5 years supervisory experience handling different HR functional areas
- Possesses above average Excel and Microsoft Office applications skills
