This position will be based in Bonifacio Global City CBD in Taguig near shops, cafes, banks and malls. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and helping them choose the right product for their business through a consultative approach. The responsibilities of this role involve all the aspects of business development and sales cycle. The daily tasks involve but not restricted to the following aspects:
- Supporting the North American segment of Flashbay's US sales and marketing activities
- Managing relationships with existing clients and developing new opportunities by contacting potential clients who have expressed interest in our products
- Negotiating prices, margins and tailoring our products to the client's needs
- Ability to meet, and strive to exceed the sales targets and expectations set
- Strong attention to detail, providing accurate proposals and proofs in line with company best practice
- Prioritizing and identifying critical tasks to ensure that you provide our client's with first class customer service
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree holder but FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude as well as ability to meet targets
- Competent with computer and IT equipment with the willingness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
- Full of passion and enthusiasm with the desire to succeed
- Ability to work autonomously while with a great value of teamwork
- Prior account management experience is a plus
- Prior BPO experience is a plus
- Amenable to working the graveyard shift
