Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect remittances from clients and informs them of their remaining balances.
- Collect due and overdue accounts.
- Issue collection receipts for clients.
- Coordinate with other collection officers.
- Record credits from various clients.
- Maintain files regarding credit and collections.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Work experience related to credits and collections is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office softwares such as Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and listening skills.
- Has high tolerance for stress.
- Can work underpressure.
- Attention to details.
