A Customer Service Staff is responsible in answering the inquiries of customers, responding to their complaints, and addressing other customer-related issues and concerns.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
- Find dealer concerns and fill them.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Receive fax, letters, and proposals.
- Endorse to department concerned.
- Receive dealers request for certificates such as certificate of income, creditable tax, and others.
- Receive application for affidavit of identity, guardianship, discrepancy, and genealogy report beyond six months.
- Check and verify necessary supporting documents.
- Receive, coordinate, and submit approved ID application form to RNB (Privilege card and Insurance).
- Take full responsibility of ensuring that all announcements, printed materials, and memos are readily available and posted.
- Assist in organizing company events.
- Coordinate / arrange speaker’s schedule.
- Compute speakers' fee for approval of Supervisor.
- Perform other tasks from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Preferably with work-related experience.
- Good communication skills, both in English and in Filipino.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Pleasing personality.
