Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attends pre-bid and meeting with client.
- Conduct site survey and inspection.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes of practice and performance standard and specifications.
- Perform monitoring of overall quality of the work including budget, schedule and plans.
- Coordinate with Project Manager/Client regarding project status.
- Assist Costing Engineer for the project costing including electrical and mechanical design.
- Supervise the team in-charge for the operations, maintenance and construction of the project site.
- In-charge of technical evaluation.
- Oversees project concerns and provide technical advice when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Position specifications:
- With valid driver's license
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
- Knowledge on the codes & standards of Civil Engineering
- Project management and leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Position requirements:
Education: Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, with PRC license
Experience: With at least 1 year of experience in project or costing management and construction works.
