Leads the Digital Channels and Marketing Department in developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company and its products, services and platforms.
- Create and oversee the company’s overall marketing strategy
- Manage and oversee marketing content in all online platforms
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts
- Oversee the design, content and production of all marketing materials
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars and seminars
- Identify new marketing opportunities
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
- Manage, organize and develop the marketing team
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget
- Performs other tasks assigned by management from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or related fields
- Experience: at least 5 years in senior leadership capacity in sales, marketing or related fields
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels
- Skills: Project and people management, leadership and communication, creative design, data analysis
