Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the President in organizing his schedule including arrangement of meetings/appointments
- Answers and screens phone calls of the President
- Monitors the incoming and outgoing documents from the office of the President
- Types and encodes documents for the President
- Organize the files of the Office of the President for efficient retrieval
- Coordinates logistics and supplies needed
- Arranges logistics/bookings (hotel accomodation and flight details) of the President as well of the Senior Management to facilitate visits/appointments and ensure no conflicts
- Helps prepare presentation materials
- Monitor and follow up billings/paymetns and other reports/documents required by the Office of the President
- Prepares investment certification requested by clients for all funds for signature of the President of the EVP in the absence of the President
- Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of a four year business course.
- Must have 2-5 years experience working for an executive
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Patient, keen to details, organized, team player and proactive
