Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Accountant in the preparation of supporting schedules for journal entries.
- Scan and file organization of Finance Unit’s documents for the Project Quickview project.
- Assist AR Officer in the monitoring of completeness of BIR 2307 from the customers.
- Assist AP officer in the preparation of MAPs (for final and expanded withholding taxes), SAWT (for creditable withholding taxes) and BIR relief in BIR tool on a monthly basis.
- Review, organize and monitor the completeness of submitted receipts of employees with CRE entitlement.
- Assist in various ad-hoc functions of the Finance Unit, such as filing of accounting documents, legwork (Banks, BIR, etc.)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- With 1-year or less work experience in the same field.
- Willing to work for 4 months contract with Life insurance and Govt mandated benefits
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available
- Willing to work in Makati
