Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the installation/deployment of BMC Truesight Solutions to Customers
- Implementation and design of BMC Truesight Solutions
- Perform product presentations to customers
- Perform post-sales support to customers
- Perform Business Analysts functions for the deployment projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any four-year IT related course.
- With at least 1-2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates with flying colors are encouraged to apply
- With good written and oral communication
- Proficient in managing monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and similar technologies
- Proficient in Server Infrastructure and Web Server Infrastructure
- Knowledgeable in the following technologies:
- Windows Server and Linux Technologies
- BMC truesight is an advantage
- ITIL and IT Service Management Concepts
