Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As we scale, we require a Recruitment Specialist who will be given ownership over managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Setting up recruitment funnels
- Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and relevant case studies
- Developing hiring strategies
- Sourcing candidates and conducting screening calls and interviews
- Managing candidate experience
- Reviewing and communicating job offers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or other related degree programs
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Work experience in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with an ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment
