Loan Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a Loan Maintenance Officer for an Australian mortgage company that values personal relationships both with customers and staff.

Some of the responsibilities that you will be handling are:

• Accurate data entry into systems
• Coordination with lenders to check on current loan details for clients
• Preparation of property profile reports;
• Checking of loan documents for compliance
• Completion of discharge and variation forms.

To qualify, here are the things you must have:

• ​1 to 3 years of work experience as a Loan Processor in either AU or US account
• Experience being accountable and responsive when working in a small team environment, for example a small business
• Great level of verbal and written communication skills
• High Attention to detail
• Ability to finish tasks quickly and accurately.
