Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Position Summary:
- Project Manages the Quality Assurance aspect of all projects by assessing risk, performing quality inspections, leading the execution of the quality assurance test plans and overseeing assigned quality analyst team members.
Specific Responsibility:
- Translates business and application requirements into testable requirements.
- Writes and executes detailed test cases.
- Provides support/guidance to business area resources responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Logs defects and follows-up on the delivery of defect resolution.
- Reports execution progress on a daily basis to the Sr. SQA.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Technical Skills:
- Equivalent Bachelor's degree, ITIL Training is plus, Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience
- Intermediate knowledge of software development methodologies, Quality Assurance and Quality methodologies and frameworks
- Has intermediate test estimation capabilities
- Intermediate technical and functional knowledge with a solid understanding of business processes and operations
Other Skills:
- High capability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
- Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, and negotiate
- Ability to plan activities and deliverables for multiple projects and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
