Planning and Organizing
Plans work effectively and organizes himself/herself and his/her resources to meet his/her objectives such as:
- Properly selects and classifies of target MDs.
- Target Allied Professions / Personnel, hospitals, and other outlets.
- Arranges and plans daily calls sequence based on submitted list of Target Allied Professions.
- Prepares a systematic plan for covering the area (itinerary) that minimizes travel time and maximizes contact time with consumers before the start of the fiscal year.
- Allocates resources (journals, literature, etc) based on systematic work plan to maximize the results.
Implementation and Control
Implants plans and controls actual performance taking necessary corrective actions such as the following, if needed:
- Follows marketing plans suited to his/her area conditions.
- Affects adequate coverage of territory at minimum expense.
- Sets up control mechanisms to monitor performances, against targets, by effectively making use of sales record.
Market Development
Develops his market by continuously increasing demand for the Company’s products providing a sound foundation for continuing growth with the knowledge and ability of the following:
- Superior knowledge of TMDs/TAPs personal data, professional experience, character, and personality.
- Knowledge of hospitals and pertinent data relating to them like purchasing procedures, budget, etc.
- Knowledge of government and industrial customers, their buying capacity and their purchasing practices.
- Ability to increase demand for our products.
- Ability to consistently increase demand for new products.
Product Knowledge
Shows excellent knowledge of our products and major competitive products by having the following:
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the products carried by the division.
- Receptive and cooperative to continuous training and education, as well as developing good study habit.
Demonstration, Detail, and Product Presentation/ Selling Skills
Continually develops his demo ability and selling skills and must use this effectively to create demand for our products and ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Collection of Accounts
Continuously follow up and collect all due and overdue accounts within his/her area of responsibility.
Other promotional Activities
Promotes our products through means other than his usual demo and selling activities by doing the following:
- Participating in Medical Convention / scientific meetings.
- Planning and implementing demos.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Nursing
- BioTechnology
- or any equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably with sales experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Pleasing personality
- Willing to start immediately.
- Willing to be assigned to any of the following areas:
- Quezon City
- North Luzon
- South Luzon
- Metro Manila
