Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts actual handover of the unit purchased by the buyer
- Presents the actual unit for acceptance
- Tours clients through the project ommon areas such as the lobby and amenities
- Conducts unit punchlisting activity with the buyer and encodes and monitors the items for rectification through a daily template report
- Acknowledges and accommodates buyer's turnover concerns for the units assigned to him/her
- Identify and endorse complex complaimts to the Customer Care Group for review and assessment
- Have the buyers sign acceptance documents for the unit/s and request for other requirements (if needed) from the buyers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year business course, Tourism, HRM or any related.
- Exellent oral and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Good interpersonal skills
- With pleasing personality and naturally presents his/herself professionally
- High level of confidence and a positive attitude
- A background in customer service and in real estate is a plus
- Full time positions available.
