- Process client transactions, and requirements
- Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties
- Foster professinal networks
- Establish good relationship with clients
- Have rapport with clients, and collegues
- Will head, and support a team of Property Specialists
- Meet sales quota required within 1 year
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any 4 year course
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capable in networking, and maintaning good client relationships
- Must have confidence, a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude
- Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility
- Must be enthusiastic, resourceful, goal-oriented, and high degree of self-motivation
- With at least 1 year experience in supervising people in a real estate industry, or the like
- Real Estate Broker’s License is an advantage
- Willing to work in Marikina City
