Accounting Associate  

Responsible for central receiving and monitoring of approved Purchase Order, Invoice from supplier / contractor and other billing documents related to processing of payment. Primary point person in the Accounts payable section; provide information and resolution to suppliers, contractors and internal customers inquiries.

• Does receipt of purchase order and billing invoices
• Verifies validity of outstanding Good Receipt/Good Issued (GR/IR) from the requesting or receiving department if with corresponding service or goods delivered
• Inform accounts payable processor to request cancellation of GR/IR that has no corresponding delivery
• Prepares and sends e-mail follow-ups to concerned department regarding: outstanding invoices for endorsement, outstanding invoices with concerns and outstanding purchase order
• In charge for all concerns regarding with APV processing

• A graduate of BS Accountancy
• Proficiency in using computer in a Windows environment with Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
• Knowledge in SAP or any accounting system
• Keen to details and ability to analyze transactions
