Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares financial documents such as invoices, bills accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, vouchers and other financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports
- Collections function
- Other duties may be assigned including, but not limited to documentation, filing and encoding.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration
- Knowledge in SAP or other accounting softwares
- Computer literate with advance knowledge in Excel is an advantage
- Able to work independently and works well under pressure
- Attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in bookkeeping or general accounting experience
- Good communication and presentation skills;
